Logan got 1st place at the Pack 77 Pinewood Derby for the Wolves, so he got to go on with the other boys from the pack to the district. He did not win, but he had a good time. Lexie was very well behaved as usual, and I think she had a good time for the most part. Here's mister's glamor shot...even though he did not actually get to Victory Lane per se, he'll always be a winner in daddy's heart. :o)Later we went home and Lexie fixed Grilled Cheese sandwiches and Ramen Noodle soup. She is getting to be the little cook. I don't let her use the stove unless I'm around, but she even knows how to fix 'noodle soup' in the microwave. She can also fix scrambled eggs and is learning how to make an omelet! She can fix tuna salad sandwiches as well as anything that cooks in the microwave. She's a very responsible little girl for her age, and I'm really proud of her. Now if we can just bring up her grades, and the only other thing I'd ask before they are perfect is to clean up their rooms!
