Weekend: Lexie--Mani-Pedi

This weekend was also the weekend we celebrated Lexie's Birthday. Her
Aunt Patti took her to the nail salon inside Wal-mart while Logan and
I sold camp cards. They both got maincures and pedicures. Lexie was
nervous never having had one before and not knowing what was going to
happen with 'people touching her hands and feet'. Patti not only got
Lex the mani-pedi as a present, but I am especially thankful she went
with Lexie. When it was all over, Lexie told me about the colors she
picked (she was most excited by the fingernail color: Grape Wall of
China) and that it felt so good to have them work over her hands and
feet. She came out feeling beautiful, and I'm very happy about
that--because she need to know she is.
