This guy is pretty good. Not pushy, and Kat and I feel like he's really helped out in the general car negotiations. Kat is in the process of getting a Ford Escape, getting out from a hideous Chrysler mess (seems like they have enough government bailout money to afford to be arseholes), and getting something with a little more hauling room.
