The family. We were a strange little band of characters trudging through life sharing diseases and toothpaste, coveting one another's desserts, hiding shampoo, borrowing money, locking each other out of our rooms, inflicting pain and kissing to heal it in the same instant, loving, laughing, defending, and trying to figure out the common thread that bound us all together. ~Erma Bombeck

What is wrong with this picture???
Ok, I admit I missed laundry day last week, but we had a short work/school week due to the holiday. I did laundry today and this is what I discovered... 8 year old Logan has like six times the amount of dirty clothes as his 11 year old sister!!! Could it be that he is that much more concerned about his looks, style, and higyene? Is it that poor Lexie doesn't really have any clothes and so she has to wear the same ones over and over multiple times in the same week? Did the dog eat all her clothes?? Did she forget and leave them all at her mothers??? Or could it be that little brother, always cooperative and eager to please actually PUTS HIS CLOTHES IN THE HAMPER, and Ms. Lexie strews hers in several piles of mixed clean and dirty, has them hanging out of dresser drawers, and lining the bottom of her closet like some sort of nest???? You get only one guess!!!!! I love her, but she is stong willed, obtuse, argumentative and cannot (will not!) keep her room clean to save her soul!!! Grrrrr!
